At Blurred Reality we believe we are the best option in personalised artwork. Here are some reasons why.


Pricing

  • We aim to provide the best quality artwork at a fraction of the cost of our competitors. In most cases - we sell at roughly 25% the price our main rivals offer. 25%! That is a big saving.
  • There are no hidden charges. The prices we advertise on the site are the prices you pay. We include the cost of shipping and tax in all prices so that you are not stung when it comes to checkout!
  • The table on the right shows the contrast in prices between us and our biggest competitor, 'youareart'. We have compared prices for each of the styles we offer for which they have comparable designs for. You can get a portrait here for much cheaper.
  • The cheaper pricing does not in any way indicate a lower quality product. Don't believe us? Feel free to look at other sites - we are confident we offer the best in personalised portraits and that you will return!


Quality

  • Unlike some other pop-art sites - we do NOT use filters to acheive our effects - the quality just simply is not anywhere near as good see the images on the right).
  • Instead our team of highly experienced artists spend an avergae of 6 hours working on your portrait, painstakingly designing by hand to ensure a unique and special portrait is created, based on the photo you send in
  • At Blurred Reality we all have a passion for art, in particular the styles we offer - that is why we decided to get into this business. This passion manifests itself in a desire to create the best looking, cool designs around. We take great pride in our work and do not accept second best.
  • Again we urge you to check out our competitors. We work hard to create portraits to the standard we do, and it annoys us to see people selling sub-standard artwork - ripping people off. We genuinelly think we're the best, we strive for perfection and we want eery picture to be boasted about by the customer.
  • Our printing quality matches that of the design quality. We print using professional print machines, using fade resistant UV inks and quality paper and canvas stock. Delivery

  • We offer free delivery on all UK ground orders, so that you are not paying extra when it comes to checkout.
  • All portraits should be with you within a maximum of 5 working days after you have confirmed the proof image, so that you are no kept waiting too long for your print. In fact our average time for order completion is 2 weeks - once again blowing our competitors out of the water - as their average is 4 weeks! It is also worth noting that we do not use Royal Mail - so our delivery times will not be compromised by any postal strikes!
  • Deliveries are carefully and thoroughly packaged to ensure they reach you in 100% condition.


Customer Satisfaction

  • Customer satisfaction is our number one priority here, which is why we work so hard on all the above aspects to result in a fantastic end product and an enjoyable and smooth order process.
  • If this is not enough, we also involve you, the customer, in every stage of portrait creation. During ordering you will be able to request different options or requirements for your portrait, which will guide our artist to create a product you are happy with. We also include an approval stage in the order process - in which you get chance to evaluate a proof copy of your portrait (and request changes if you want to) before approving for finalisation. We do not finalise until you are completely happy with your product!
  • Our printing is also the best quality you can get with the best materials, inks and printers being used to ensure the quality of the print matches the quality of the medium - and tha you are 100% happy with the print as well as the design.
