We've noticed most other companies have long and detailed terms and conditions, written in legal jargon that is both offputting and hard to understand. We have decided to write ours in a more colloquial, shorthand manner, because it just makes sense that way. To coin an Americanism - if you don't like it - sue us!

Actually don't. In fact that is Rule 1. We don't allow you to sue us.

  • You use Blurred Reality at your own risk. I can probably tell you now that it won't - but if using Blurred Reality causes your computer to crash, your credit card details to be stolen, or your partner to leave you - we cannot take liability for this. Of course we make every effort to ensure this won't happen (and can as close to guarentee it as any other site), but if it does, we cannot be held responsible.
  • We have the right to refuse anyone service should we so wish. Again, can't see why it would happen, but if it does you can't say you weren't warned
  • When submitting photos, you are agreeing that you have the appropriate permissions to distribute, edit and use that photo. Basically this just means that you didn't steal the photo off some photography site without permission. Blurred Reality cannot be held responsible for any copyright infringements your photo has.
  • When you submit a photo to us, you are giving us permission to use that photo and subsequent portrait on our site or in promotional material. If you do not want us to use your photo in this way, you will have to inform us either during the order process or afterwards.
  • We cannot and do not offer refunds after a portrait has already been designed or created.
  • All portraits featured on the Blurred Reality website have been created by or for Blurred Reality, and as such cannot be used on other sites or sold to anyone else without permission.
  • We reserve the right to change our prices, site information, order process e.t.c whenever we want.
  • Anyone who orders from Blurred Reality enters into a contract in which they have to pay £300 a month for.. OK that's a lie. Don't worry about that one.

There you have it. Those our are hastily compiled and casually written terms and conditions. There is nothing too crazy there, basically as long as you treat us with respect and decency then we will do the same with you and everything will run extremely smoothly.

How To Ordermore
Ordering from us could not be simpler:

1. Select your portrait style and options.
2. Upload your chosen photo (or e-mail one in later).
3. Fill in your address details.
4. Pay securely with cheque or via PayPal.
5. Within 2-5 working days you receive a proof copy of your portrait for approval.
6. When approved we print and send your product!

Postal Strikesmore
All of our products are delivered by UK Mail Couriers.
So there is no risk of your order being delayed by the postal strikes.

Deliverymore
UK delivery is free, and takes 2-5 working days.
Our portraits are carefully packaged and padded to ensure they reach you in 100% top condition.
