Ordered your photo? Well done you! Here is what to expect next.
If not - you need to send one in to images@blurredreality.co.uk before we can do anything. Please make it clear which order the photo is for.
If yes - stop showing off and go onto the next question.
Unfortunately we cannot start work on your personalised portrait until we receive payment. If you chose to pay by cheque, you need to
send one to:
Blurred Reality

and make it payable to Josh Oldham (Blured Reality owner). Please make it clear which order you are paying for.
If you want to PayPal (and did not choose this method during the checkout procedure) - please transfer the approriate amount to
store@blurredreality.co.uk using the PayPal website.
When you have paid and we have received your photo, we start work on creating your portrait. Your order status - found by logging into your account (which is created during ordering) - will let you know at what stage of the process we are up to. It is perhaps clearest to explain the process by finding out what you various order statuses mean.
Awaiting Payment: We cannot start work on your portrait until we have confirmed your payment. If paying by PayPal, payment is usually acknowledged immediately. See point number 2 above for what to do if this status is showing.
Payment Received: When we have received your payment this message may show briefly until we check whether or not you have sent us a picture or not. No action is required from the customer.
Awaiting Photo: If you have paid but have not uploaded or sent us a photo to work on then we will display this status. We cannot start work on you portrait until you have sent us a photo! If you see this status, please send your photo to images@blurredreality.co.uk, clearly stating your order number or the name you made the order under in the e-mail. You may also see this message if your previously uploaded photo did not match our photo guidelines.
Portrait In Progress: We have received payment and verified your submitted photo is fine to work from. In 3-5 working days you should receive a proof copy of your portrait for approval before printing.
Approval Needed: We have sent you a proof copy (via e-mail) of your portrait for you to approve before we go to print. If you require any changes to be made to your order you can request them at this stage by replying to the e-mail containing your proof. Alternatively let us know you are happy to proceed with the image to be printed and dispatched.
Modifications in Progress: We are working on any modifications you have requested us to make. While this is usually a very quick process, please allow up to 5 working days for changes to be made.
Modification Approval Needed: We have sent you a proof copy (via e-mail) of your modified portrait for you to approve before we go to print. If you require any further changes to be made to your order you can request them at this stage by replying to the e-mail containing your proof. Alternatively let us know you are happy to proceed with the image to be printed and dispatched.
Portrait Approved: You have confirmed that you are happy with the latest proof portrait we have sent you, and your order will be processed before being dispatched. From this stage, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
Order Dispatched: Your order has been dispatched and should be with you within 5 working days.
